I have been training with Lee for 3 months now, which is the longest I have been able to commit to working out, ever!  I am 40 this year and approached Leigh to help me ease into a more active and healthier lifestyle.  I have booked 6 and 10 week courses back to back with her now and I look forward to both the Yoga and Cardio sessions as she makes them fun!  They are created uniquely for me, and they are achievable yet challenging.  I have advanced so much in the time I have been with Leigh and I cant imagine ever not going to her now,  it has become a part of my routine and I look forward to seeing her and working out each time.

'I started the sessions apprehensive about the benefits as I didn't know much about yoga, 5 sessions in and I have a really positive outlook, from the stretches to the breathing and the meditation. I have found that already the stretches have started to tone my body and the breathing and meditation have really benefited my anxiety symptoms. Lee has been amazing throughout, progressing my yoga to fit me. Her positive and focused manner has given me the confidence boost I needed during practise and her warm soothing tone has calmed me during the pranayama and meditative sections of the sessions. Lee creates a warm inviting atmosphere to practise in and makes you feel at ease at every stage of the process.'


What can I say….. I’ve tried yoga twice in my life, both times, afterwards, I felt like I’d been injured in a battle haha these events were in big groups in a studio or church hall where I was winging it basically, couldn’t hear instructions properly.  Just an all out fail and off putting, that brought pain and discomfort for days afterwards…

Enters Lee….. I warned her of my disdain for the art, but said I wanted to try again, as I needed a low impact exercise going forward, she was cool, no sales pitch, just said it will be very light and easy, she will make it enjoyable.  And it certainly was, a whole hour to just be present with myself, Under the professional eye of Lee, moderating what I can’t do, into something that I can, a few weeks down now and I can honestly say I like yoga,  and I do not feel a negative detriment afterwards, and I’m flowing into certain positions more easily, so I have felt a positive impact physically, winning!! And I actually look forward to that hour for me.   Lee sets the studio up perfectly, with essential oils in the diffusers, perfect lighting and temperature, so straight from the off,  you feel relaxed and comfortable, some light hearted banter thrown in the mix, what more do you want??? Highly recommend.

'I found Lee to be a professional and approachable instructor and her session was well instructed and easy to follow, at a pace that was comfortable for all abilities. She explained everything clearly and the class was a good mix of invigorating, relaxing and overall very satisfactory. I definitely felt better in myself after the class.'

 'The yoga class with Lee was great. The flow was great and it was good to have the poses broken down. The progression from there was then easy if feeling able to.

The pace was good and I thoroughly enjoyed the breathing and the relaxation part of the class. As a teacher Lee was clear and demonstrated how to do the poses well, encouraging to not feel pressured to push past your ability unless you want to. The class had a lovely atmosphere that was welcoming and friendly. Very enjoyable yoga session. Came away feeling lighter.'

I have been to Lee's yoga about 4 times, every time she has been very welcoming and put us all at ease straight away with her warm personality and her humour.  Her studio is so relaxing and is the perfect environment for yoga. Lee explains the moves perfectly and also the next advanced stage should you want to progress to it.  She also never makes any one feel silly if they make a mistake but guides you gently through the techniques.  I would highly recommend Lee's yoga.

I have never been to a yoga before but straight away felt comfortable and relaxed. Lee  caters your class around you and your ability so you don’t worry about not doing things before. I managed to do a lot more that I thought I could. Her studio is a warm and relaxing area with lovely lighting and sounds. Would highly recommend 

Leigh is a fantastic pt. The sessions are fun, varied, and get results.

LATEST - May 2023

I signed up for 6 pt sessions with Lee to get in to shape for an up and coming holiday. Well all I can say is this was the best thing I done. Not only did she help me loose 10 lbs but also massively boosted my self confidence.   She is so talented and guides you through everything. 
The studio was so peaceful clean and calm and was a massive de-stress before I had even started the work out. I will definitely be booking more sessions.
